Well, Kazuha knows that Shinichi confessed his feelings to Ran. Kazuha really want to confess her feelings to Heiji. So, after Heiji and Conan finish their case, Kazuha, with Ran's help, confess her feelings to Heiji. The funny part is, Heiji run before Kazuha even finishes her sentence.
